Your Heart Warrant of Fitness

To get the most out of this programme, it's best to get a heart health check (Heart WOF - Warrant of Fitness) from your doctor or practice nurse to find out what your heart age and risk of heart attack or stroke is. You should also aim to have a regular Heart WOF - the period between these can vary from once a year to once every ten years; depending on how much at risk you are.
